I was sent here for a simple TB test for a job. Not only did I have to wait an hour the staff is unprofessional and rude. I had to go back to get the test read. I had to wait an hour again. I don't understand why someone has to wait over an hour for a simple test that takes 5 minutes. I told the agency that I am working for please do not send anyone to this place. They need a better system in place for Patients that just need blood test or labs. I understand that everyone is short staff because I'm Nurse, but have some common respect for the Patients and treat people with kindness.
