Formerly Eagles Landing Family Practice. Seems they scheduled too many patients at once. They opened at 8, Friday 9/30/22. My appointment was at 8. I was the first one there at 7:45. Within 15 mins, about 20 patients checked in. They called 9 patients back before me. I was called back at 8:24. The staff is nice and they're efficient.

Every time I have visited this office the wait time was minimal and the staff were all very courteous and professional. I am very pleased to be a patient at this location.

Absolutely horrible. I (and my family) have been patients here for YEARS- since they switched to Aylo they no longer care about their 'patients'. The past year this office has not only provided horrible customer service but has become a HINDERANCE to my health as they cannot even meet my basic needs nor do they care to try. I have used the word 'emergency' on the phone needing to get a message directly to my doctor (after having requested medication refills over a week prior) and the response I received was "send a message in the portal and wait, I don't know what else you want me to do". They are so rushed to get you in/out that there is a mistake EVERY time. Sadly, Dr. Shah is a great doctor but being unable to reach your doctor (EVER) is unacceptable, and I cannot say enough horrible things about the diminishing quality of medical care they are providing as I have a horror story from EVERY interaction I've had with them over the past year.

I have never witnessed any assistance for the deaf or impaired provided by the facility. Only those with disabilities have someone with them to help. Please reach out to the facility directly as the may have assistance.
Yes! We take walk-ins 7 days a week at our Stockbridge office. Walk-ins are generally cut off an hour before closing though. We close at 5pm on Saturdays and 4pm on Sundays.
