If I could leave 0 stars I would. They told my daughter she had strep without even swabbing her throat. Doctor walked out the door and said 10 days antibiotics without even discussing with us what he was prescribing. Horrible bedside manner. We were just another number for them.

Dr. Travis Lloyd was great! Took the time to ask thorough questions and answer my questions, + actually explained what he thought was going on. my grandmother and I also were able to learn something when He was talking about where certain nerves are located! Friendly, straight to the point, and super fast! Front desk, and nurse’s were all friendly and thorough as well! As someone who has always had bad experiences with doctors and nurses….I definitely recommend this place, and highly recommend the Dr.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I came here during my lunch break at work due to terrible back pain and they got me in and out. They gave me injections to help with my pain at the urgent care and sent pain medication and muscle relaxers to my pharmacy. The doctor was very sweet. If I had to complain it would only be towards that lady who took me back. She didn’t seem very friendly but, all in all it was a great experience and I will be back!

I’m super surprised with all these 1 star reviews. And it seems like unless they cater to every single minor detail. Or even claiming not to ever get on the phone with an actual person. I’ve been going here for my urgent care needs since I moved to GA. And the ONLY complaint I have isn’t even something they control or could change and that’s the new longer wait times since Covid took over. And having to wait in my vehicle. But I mean. That’s just them doing their due diligence. A lot of these negative reviews are people who expected royal treatment from an urgent care. You can follow up and as an adult are expected to follow up with your own medical care. Test results. Etc. I think this place has treated me with the upmost respect. I’ve just sincerely never had an issue at all. So when I cannot get same day or even week apt with my PCP. I always go here if I need immediate care. I love dr Jennifer. She’s always been amazing to me.
