No, you do not need medical insurance to make an appointment. Our pregnancy services are free. Choices does help you get connected to Pregnancy Medicaid insurance if you qualify.

Since 1987, we have offered a wide range of services including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STD testing, post abortion assistance, encouragement groups and a parent education program which enables parent to earn baby essentials.
