Waited for over 4 hours at another clinic, and after getting fed up, I went to the little clinic. They saw me almost immediately, and they were very thorough. I will use them again for sure as they were fast, free with my insurance, and professional.

Girl at the desk was very rude! Got there at 7:08 and I was turned away she said we quit seeing sick people at seven but yet it doesn’t say that anywhere on their site. Feel like death and they turn your way for being eight minutes late very UnProfessional

I scheduled a medication refill appointment a week out. I got a reminder email the day before. Fifteen minutes before my appointment I get a phone call saying they do not provide the service anymore. The woman on the phone said I am just now looking at the appointments for today. The little clinic would like me as a patient to call and cancel before my appointment or else get charged a fee. I was already at the clinic literally just turned my car off. It unfortunate that there is not a system in place that the day before staff checks the appointments to prepare for the next day.

Spent $30 to be told to take over-the-counter meds that I’ve been taking for the last 3 days… When I asked about an antibiotic, I was told they don’t prescribe those until at least 10 days of not getting better. Almost positive I have a sinus infection, which I’ll likely have to spend another $30 with my doctor to get. Never again…
