The sorriest bunch of folks I’ve ever had to deal with. Sad thing is, my Dad did 42 years with the post office and I myself did 20 years in the military. I’m a combat veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. Heaven forbid you ever have a problem getting your mail, if you complain or report a problem they just send all your mail back to the sender.

If they don’t feel like delivering packages they input false info in their handheld and leave it at the post office so the customer has to drive there and get it. Carrier mauveline. post master Radbaugh Will just make up an excuse rather than find out the truth. Not the first time I’ve complained about service at this post office and nothing gets done. Post master general needs to be more in touch with these problems, just try and call to complain, they make it almost impossible to talk to someone to even lodge a complaint. Pitiful customer service.

There is no mail today to run

They have a local number but they won't give it to you. Here in Lawrenceburg after I tried to get a P.O. Box and told them I didn't have a car insurance card for verification. Another Army Vet (as I'm one) came and told us they called the police on me and my son for not having insurance. My son has insurance. That was sad and very pretty and well wrong. The post office here is horrible.
