Awful staff, terrible care. I haven’t gone there in over 5 years, and they keep billing me for annual visits that we never went to. Gave my son the wrong vaccine on “accident”. Nurses are rude and doctor is unreasonable.

Don't try to call here because they are too lazy to answer their phone. It says Watkins welcome but they aren't opened on their advertised hours. The sign on the door says open but all the doors are locked. Pathetic excuse for a medical practice

Good luck getting in. My daughter wasn't feeling well a few days after a car accident. Tried to check in at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, and was told to come back at 8:30am in the morning tommorow because they were done for the day. The operating hours are 8:30am-6:00pm. Personal opinion here, but not a good way to run an urgent care facility.

They have an Urgent Care Building, An Adult doctor's office and a Pediatric office...ALL three different entrances.
They close at different times of the week i would ask them which days they close earlier. I know everyday is different.

Same thing happen to my daughter she is 2 years old they say sick symptoms come 2 - 3 days after the flu shot but I notice with kids it come a week to 2 weeks sometime I guess it's the body settling the vaccine and also it's the season for ear infections are very high (infants, toddlers) school age as well round bout this time common cold, germs in general make hotels on our babies toddlers & infants mainly just keep doing what your doing if she have a cough get cough syrup etc if her fever gets to high 101,2,3 take her in ASAP! Hope this helps try not to panic
