Making the appointment was impossible as I called 5 times and all calls got sent to voicemail. Well here I am now trying to cancel that appointment and still no answer after calling 3 times.

It's pretty impossible to get through to make an appointment and even when you finally do get through they just end up hanging up on you. Not really sure where the productivity is in that but it was a pretty frustrating experience.

Received no notification that my new patient visit was not covered by insurance. Did not find out until over 6 months later when my credit score was hit. Would not recommend unless you are proactive to follow up after to ensure you have no outstanding balance because they will not inform you.
