i came in for a lower back pain and UTI and came in at 9 am and it’s 11:30 and yet they haven’t called me in. i would prefer another hospital.

Long wait, nursing assistant untrained with children who have sensory issues (my young child had a high fever and was extremely scared to get his temperature taken instead of being being patient and explaining things their nursing assistant Andrew held my child down and shoved a thermometer in his butt which was probably extremely Traumatic) other than that the doctors were sympathetic and explained the issues at hand well. There was not enough bed space so we were in the hall way through the night. They were able to manage his pain issues which I was grateful for.

Wouldn’t let me take my 8 ye old wit me to be with my 16 ye old who scattered his ankle n had emergency surgery. I’m a widow raising 4 and Doing the best I can . I don’t have anyone to watch her and she wants to see her brother . We wore masks respectful and don’t walk around . Not right

Very horrible experience my child be admitted here for medical reasons and from the moment I walked in the door they admitted her in the wrong unit where she was not supposed to be in hours later of her being in the wrong unit and the other side of the hospital they realize they made a mistake and apologize and then finally put her in the ER where she was supposed to be in the first place because she was dehydrated and needed an IV that mistake should never been made in the first place.. then from being admitted on the adolescent floor the nurses are rude and unprofessional they make so so many mistakes from her medication , food,and it’s just it was just a horrible experience for me and my child my child was admitted there for almost 2 weeks weeks they are absolutely horrible they had to make from the nurses to the doctors they made about 10 or more mistakes I did complain to the patient at Advocacy but I would say to avoid any mistakes or for your child to have a comfortable visit at the hospital dont go to this hospital these nurses do not care the doctors do not care they’re very unprofessional and they have attitudes Unprofessional hospital
