I don't recommend this place! Not friendly staff! I was not allowed to enter the store with a dog (Chihuahua) in my arms! To my clarification that I have a service dog service 🐕‍🦺 and you are violating state law by forbidding me to enter your store, the store staff replied "I don't care!"

We stopped in for some drinks while watching the cruise ships depart on a hot afternoon. We had a 3 year old with us. Upon entering, we politely tried to engage in conversation with the clerk at the counter. He was not at all friendly, did not respond nor smile…just kept a disgruntled look on his face. At checkout, we asked if we could use the restroom and were told “no, there’s a public restroom across the lot.” (Even thought there were two clearly marked restrooms in the building). This is very poor customer service. I can certainly understand not letting everyone in, but customers who purchase should be permitted to use the restroom like most any other store. Plus, they definitely need some lessons in proper greetings and customer service! Do not plan on returning. We go to holiday inn club across the street frequently, but will not plan on giving this establishment any more business!
