Placed an order, which was supposed to come in in a week to 10 days. After 2 weeks, I call in to check and was supposed to receive a call back, which never happened. 2 days after this I call and get to know that the order is delayed by 2 months. When I asked why nobody cared to let me know about this as I could've bought something else from them, the response is "we didn't know till we checked on it when you called today". Great way to conduct business I guess.

Ask for Adriana. She took care of my family and got our order exchanged in minutes after a discrepancy online. She extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and gives a quick response. Store offered great prices. The only issue we had was we ordered online and the item said it was “in stock available to ship” when we called customer service the next day they told us it takes 2-3 days to process which we then called back days later to find out it was not in stock and they had to “Special Order”. The selling point for us was the advertisement of “Next Day Delivery” which is not the case if purchased online it seems. There was no indication email or shipping confirmation to give us this warning and even after a few phone calls it took some digging to find that out. I am currently with the US Army Deployed to Iraq so buying furniture was already stressful, but Adriana got our order switched and fixed quickly. Be weary that if you decide to cancel an order and they need to “Special Order” a product if you ask for a refund they stated that it would be a 35% restocking fee. Obviously the price of furniture is high so that is a large burden.
