I've never seen faculty that care so little about their students, and are so fond of sending us around to someone else who isn't prepared to do anything. You'd think they care more about us, since the Aid we (are trying to) receive is the literal ticket to our future.

Unprofessional, fraudulent, disorganized, uninformed, rude, incompetent, unhelpful, counterproductive buffoons.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete lack of communication and follow-up to calls, emails, and messages on the website. This department needs a complete overhaul.

As a parent of a senior at this university, I have never experienced such an unprofessional organization. Technically they deserve -5 stars for their behavior and how they are treating students. The FA office is withholding grant, student loan and private scholarship money that belongs to our kids. The semester started in mid August and as of today, my daughter has not received any of the money she is entitled to. It's criminal how such a prestigious HBCU is conducting themselves. I have forwarded a complaint to the DOE and I suggest everyone who reads this do the same. I am also planning to contact several media outlets. Howard needs to get their act together ASAP!
