My husband brought in my 14 year old daughter to get her blood drawn on 08/27th at 11:20. I had made this appointment more than a week in advance. This was not a walk in situation, this was a set appointment. When my daughter and husband came for the appointment we did not know that her doctor sent her script to the wrong lab. An easy error to fix. Well not for the rude phlebotomist working the desk. She actually looked at my daughter and said "Now because of you I'm not getting home to see my baby. I live two hours away and this is not my location.". Then turned angrily towards the keyboard and started aggressively typing. How is any of this my 14 year old's daughter's fault!? YOU CHOSE THIS SHIFT!!! She was NOT a walk in! This was a set appointment and therefore you should have known and been prepared. As someone in the medical field (and has been for several years) you never take a shift if you're not prepared to work past your shift time. WELCOME TO THE MEDICAL FIELD!! This is standard. If you didn't want to work this shift you didn't have to take it. Regardless this is NOT how you treat a patient. I sincerely hope no one ever treats your child the way you treated mine. I will make it known to avoid this location and will set a formal complaint with Quest itself.

Revising my review to change from a 1-star to a 5-star review. The door I mentioned in my original review has apparently been repaired repeatedly and I've just had the bad luck of going when it has been in its broken state. Why does it break so often? It would seem that the patients who go to this office do not operate it appropriately. You do not kick it or punch the panel. You should press it, with your hand, like a button. Pretty simple. SMDH It seems my original 1-star review is about the patients who go here, not a reflection of Quest or it's employees. Original review below: I bring someone here regularly for routine labs and have for over a year. They are in a wheelchair. The outside automated door has *never* worked (push the handicapped button, door opens). Really expected better of a medical provider.

No Drug test
I am unsure of their fax number, however,, I usually have my doctor fax over electronically. It should show in your doctors EMR and then you can go to any quest.
Call the customer service line they have a pre-recorded message and you can also speak with someone in person
