I've been dealing with this place since Dr long ,after he was arrested,my patient got Dr Egan wonderful Dr .now having to go back with my mother for a referral dermatologist I called for two days being put on hold ,drove up there not a sole in the place but the help ,they don't return ur calls n I'm still waiting for the referral for my mother tfor a dermatologist ,they have more excuses than I've ever heard ,I would never recommend this office to anyone

I have been going here for 6 years and 3 yrs of it has been with P.A Tyler Egan and I give him 5 stars....he is the most caring and sympathetic, compassionate person. He listens to you and he doesn't push pills on you at all.but let me tell you that the office staff are worthless. I've had many occasions where I have needed prescriptions and they don't call them in when they are supposed to.. I've had to call constantly to tell them it was never called in. A few times it was a week later it was finally called in to the pharmacy. It's ridiculous! The last time I was in Monday December 13th Tyler prescribed me cough medicine and a nebulizer and the device and a few other medicine's because I had bronchitis and it wasn't called in until Thursday...and the reason it was finally called in?? I called them countless times Monday Tues Wed and Begging them to please call it in!!! That I feel like I need to go there and do their job! So .The only and I mean only reason I was still going there is because of Tyler!! I can't deal with it anymore..no one wants to do their job. The last time before my bronchitis I had a bad cough and I had a issue with them putting in cough syrup into the rx also and went to the Dr office to speak to Nurse Carol and they told me she'll be right out and she never came to talk to me!! Do not go to this place! Trust me! You'll be sorry! Sorry this was so long!!
