worked there for a time(2017), worst job I've ever had in my life, (full transparency, to be fair i was a horrible worker here too, hated it so much i often called out) coworkers robbing each other in parking lot, smoke sesh every lunch break (weed, and most of the people smoking were operating heavy machinery). osha wise I'm seriously surprised this place has not been shutdown, management does not care about osha rules until osha day, where they hand out safety goggles that are otherwise frowned upon. The safety in this place is none existent until said days, you will be electrocuted since they wont buy new cables and keep repairing rag tag cables with electrical tape until pretty much covering the whole cable, only way to stop this is to buy your own tools and cables. I personally saw an employee have his hand crushed due to machinery having no safety guards other than stickers saying to "do not put hand here." the one upside of this facility is that they encourage working overtime and never had an issue getting payment from them. overall do yourself a favor and dont waste your time working here, the danger and exposure faced everyday is not worth it

If I could leave no stars I sure would. I am absolutely disappointed in shadow. I have a 2016 living quarters trailer that I bought brand new in 2016. You can't even go in the living quarters area without dying of the smell in there caused by a leak of some sort. We drove the trailer to the manufacturer where they were no help at all, they looked at my trailer, said and did nothing. I asked to purchase stuff from them to repair myself, they refused to sell me anything. So sad I spent so much money on this trailer, used it only a handful of times. Don't buy from shadow or a shadow, sadly my dream trailer is a nightmare 😢
