Seems like every pump has something not working or broken on it. One lane for driver side and reefer, one lane for def and another for psgr side. Why cant the staff cone off the lanes or put out of service bags up. I wont be back.

I am starting to realize that maybe it is upper management. This is unacceptable, I could not change to another handicap spot because they were already taken but you have a cigarette Post in the middle of a handicap loading and unloading zone also kind of blocking the ramp and right beside the door to get out of your car I don't know what to say. Anyone in a wheelchair will tell you this is ridiculous it's obviously need to go there by management because you're painted a sign on the concrete stating where it belongs. I like going to pilot but I'm going to start going the other places that care about handicapped people. Twice in one week that I have found pilot to not care about people in wheelchairs . One in south Carolina and the other in Georgia

One of the worst Pilots that I have been to. There were a dozen or so trailers dropped in the lot which had limited parking. I had to pay $15 to park for the night. I kept getting kicked off the wifi that we are charged $19.99 a month for and it barely works. The bathrooms were disgusting.

This truck stop isn't bad. Yes I believe that all Pilot and Flying J have propane filling stations.

Yes.normally by the men's room by the showers if its a truck plaza.When you're close to a pilot there might be a sign saying no trucks,if that's the case then no 🚿 or laundry service
