This is probably the worst Bank of America I have ever gone. I would even say the worst bank I have ever gone. The hours of operations are terrible, they close at 4pm which is the time literally everyone gets out of work. The customer service was terrible, unfriendly and uncooperative. They had me waiting for 30 minutes and then they get the bright idea of telling me I had to sign in after I sign in they tell me the wait period is 30 - 45 minutes. I’m giving it one star but honestly I want to give it zero stars. This place deserves to be close down. They are terrible.

No one will get on the phone and talk to you.I held on for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone.I cant afford to drive all the way down to Augusta to talk .What's up with this bank?It's bad when you trust a bank with your money but cant trust in them to answer the phone.Hi Carolyn.
