I just opened up an account with SouthState Bank today….. When u walk in if u r facing the bank teller counter on the right hand side the First Lady at the desk on the right side this lady was SO VERYYYYY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME almost made me walk right out and not open my account I had to realize something’s. I was excited until I came across her that’s ok I will be sure not to recommend this bank to anyone…… If u looking for kind and courteous this is not the place.

Apparently this bank will let fraudulent checks be cashed from other peoples names that arnt on your account. Very sad.

The lady that sits at the first desk had an attitude problem from the time my son and I walked into the building. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and this isn't her norm. I had to come back and change my review, the manager called me and she was extremely nice and apologized. Since then I have had no issues.
