He listened to my need and want in a new mattress and showed me those products that fit the bill. Brought my wife back for final word and we both agreed on the one to buy. Katie called me and processed my order in a timely and polite manner (referred by our decorator) and the 2 gentleman that came to our home, THE NEXT DAY, for delivery were efficient, quick and polite.
