Horrible customer service at the Hwy 21 location. They stand around talking to each other instead of doing their job. Also take there time with no since of urgency. Professionalism is needed when handling someone's finances!

This is probably on of the slowest banks in the United States. Every time i go in, i am there for a good 20 mins. Whether im 1st or third in line. Absolutely pathetic, not to mention gonna be only doing drive through business next week. What about all the people touching the little shutle thing, or the call button ect ect. Freaking retards.

Horrible customer service. Yes we're all busy and overtasked at times, but that is no excuse to let your performance suffer; treat folks with respect and it shall be reciprocated. This branch had an excellent customer experience several years ago, its sad to see it descend in to the pits of failure. Had to go to the Pooler branch, which is smaller, busier, yet upholds the spirit of customer excellence. If folks don't like their job they should do everyone a favor and rethink their path in life; dealing with people is not for everyone.
