Understaffed(staff is nice) & poorly run....It has been excruciating to get a prescription this time.

People are nice and the prices are low, but they fill prescriptions with generics without being clear about it or telling the customer. Won't go back unfortunately. The generics are much different in effect. Something felt off and incorrect about it. Went away as soon as the next month and I got back on the real medication from a better pharmacy

Stopped by on my way home on Friday to get a flu shot and was told I would have to make an appointment in order to get one. Drove down the road to Ingles and got one on the spot. Kroger had about 6+ working in the pharmacy and Ingles had only 2. Poor customer service from Kroger and I definitely expected better from them. I was wrong and will be spreading the word on this service. Flu shots are important but apparently not to them.

I have been picking up prescriptions here for years with no problems. Everyone who works here is kind, knowledgeable, and quick to help.
