I'd give it a zero star if I could. The staff was extremely rude. The rooms were dirty, left with black feet, moldy toilets, clear as day dirt everywhere. It looked as if they hadn't vacuum in weeks. The pool was closed, needed to ask for blankets, keys never worked to access the room, breakfast area was shut down, they delete my booking without me asking so when I went to check in I had issues getting a room. It was my wedding night and they didn't have my room I booked. They were arguing with me Over it. I sure hope this place gets better. Something needs done.

Nice rooms. Awesome pool. Fantastic breakfast. The ghost is a little moody but pool makes up for it

The staff stole stuff from room! Management told me they could figure out what staff member was in my room from the key card system. Then said I never made a report when I checked back. Unreal. Please trust me and don’t stay here. They are not allowed to be a best western anymore because of how run down the place is!
