We've utilized RPM three times this last time being the third time promises are never kept. Services are not compident I'll never use them again. They don't honor their own work when it's done wrong. ( In response to the owners comments) My wife and tried for two weeks to get a response about our issues. We could never get A call back Blanding Blvd station.

Outstanding service. My day started out horrible, Rick and the staff at RPM saved me after the Jeep dealership said they couldn’t look at the car for a day or two. RPM was short staffed and very busy but Rick somehow managed to fit me in and get my car back to me same day after replacing the radiator and thermostat. I’ll go back to them for all future needs, not going to the Jeep deal again. Thank you Rick and everyone at RPM.

I had a appointment and they didn’t even bother to call and tell me they couldn’t get it in the same day. I had to call multiple times just to find out. I have a family and not having a vehicle is not an option after already not going to work thinking they would honor the appointment time. I will never use this company again.
