Yeah, I have ordered delivery twice since they changed and the order takes hours and is wrong every time. Last time I had to call because they lost my order. I think I’ll have to do that again today 😑

They are closed on the inside and you can order online and get text messages when it's ready and of course wear a mask when you pick up or if you just to get it when you pull up. You may do that also wearing a mask but may take a little longer.

They are correct! For Recreational all you need is a valid photo ID and to be over 21. If you are a medical patient, we also take out of state medical cards with photo ID

They ARE NOT selling out of the tent. That's where the waiting line is. They take in 5 people at a time. The tent is heated and the company of people you wait with are priceless. Some of Muskegons best!!! Staff are super friendly and very very helpfull...great place to go..just don't try calling, I don't think they can remember where they put the phone because they haven't answered one time for me...

I got there about 130pm today for the 1st day of rec and was in line for 3 hours. That being said it was an awesome experience and I heard a lot of stories from people I wouldn't normally have met. 5 stars would wait 3 hours again with these people.

So I called them and asked how the delivery works. She said they deliver from 11am - 6pm. They only have one driver and are working on a 2nd driver. It all depends on your timing for when you place your order . If the driver is out delivery 8 or 10 orders your wait will be longer and long wait times are typical. As far as lost orders she couldn't answer that. I suggest before you place your order maybe ask how far down the list you are and go from there. Hope this helps

Jon is correct, we are curbside pick up. Thank you Jon! We can take your order in our New "Doob Tube" though and we have budtenders available to answer questions and give you any assistance you need. We are currently working to expand our occupancy so that we can allow limited walk ins but it likely a couple of months out. We have to do some remodeling!

Pre-order online and then head that direction. They are pretty quick about getting the order ready, its just the line when you get there that can be quite long

They are just waiting to hear the go ahead from the state. They are completely ready to be recreational as well as medical but just need to get the green to go.

There are no legal rec shops open just yet. All require medical cards til change goes into effect. Should be soon as LARA is currently taking apps for recreational sales licenses.

As long as you have a valid medical marijuana card, from any state, you can place an online order and they will have it ready for you when you arrive. They send confirmations via text during the entire process so you will know exactly when it is ready for pickup.

It is not a recreation sales facility at this point but I hear it may be a possibly in the future.
