I place an order over the phone and I asked for scrambler. Instead of the person taking my order saying we don't have a scrambler on our menu we have a scramble which is a sandwich. I would have told her that's not what I wanted. Instead of the on duty manager listening me about my problem is, she argued that we ordered the wrong thing and Getty street grill is not in the business of wasting food. She suggested I should read there menu better. I didn't ask for a refund. I ask the manager how is it fair for me if I ask for something thats not on the menu, like if go to burger King and ask for a big Mac. There gonna tell me to go to McDonald's. The manager was rude and argumentative. And hung up the phone B4 I could make my point. I understand that I asked for the wrong thing. Instead of coming to agreement Getty street grill lost a customer. I hope the owners reads this.

You go in the GETTY STREET GRILL HAPPY and HUNGRY !!!! 😊 and YOU COME OUT EXTREMELY FULL and HAPPIER 😁 The Cook, all the WAITRESSES are so so nice !😊 and the GETTY STREET GRILL OWNER.. ALWAYS HAS A SMILE ON HIS FACE WELCOMING EVERY ONE . 😁
