Thankfully the care seems to be good, and my family member said everyone is nice. I am giving two stars because the receptionist is the rudest receptionist I've ever met, and has a nasty attitude problem!! I am absolutely disgusted with how she treats me every single time I go in! She is the face of your facility and should be nice to everyone, it cost $0 to be a kind human!!! The manager should really look into hiring another or talking about a serious attitude adjustment!

I was a patient at Bride Brook rehab since October 24,2021 and was discharged today November 9,2021. This facility treated me very well during my short time there. The Nursing Staff, the PT Staff, the O.T Staff and everyone else treated me with kindness and respect. Professionalism was #1 in my book. Thank you Bride Brook rehab.!!!

My aunt was recently at Bride Brook. She came to them after spending 43 days in Backus from a perforated colon and was recovering from septic shock. After being in bed for so long she had no ability to walk or do anything else. The Bride Brook Staff was amazing. They really went above and beyond and really truly cared. Special Thank you to Lori for always taking my calls and helping me with dr's appointments. Amy, Amber, Rome, Danny & Penny were the best. They are all a class act and I couldn't have made it these last 2 months without all your help. So glad she had the best care ever.

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
