In 2016 Kaylin, a Mini sales rep, helped me through getting my first Mini Cooper. She is extremely helpful and very friendly. She made my first car buying experience very smooth. Over the last two years she has always answered any questions and assisted me with any concerns I may have had with my car. To this day, I have had a pleasant experience with Kaylin and many others at the Mini Cooper Dealership. Kaylin is an amazing sales representative with a great personality! For car maintenance, making an appointment is easy, but they do accept walk-ins with the penalty of a little extra wait time. Be sure to take a good 1-2 hours for your Mini if you do a walk-in. I normally work with Tiffany on any car maintenance questions and she's great! She's clear and lets me know what the crew has done and so on. I have had my fair share of car issues, but Tiffany does all that she can to make sure things go the way it should.

My key went out my car wouldnt start I had to get it towed to mini dealership the key was 250 had to program it back to my car. The key wasn't doing nothing when I put it in I thought I needed a jump that didn't work the radio came on the Windows roll up and down that it. I miss my Camry more reliable car it was flooded out in Texas I hate Texas u will lose everything there. I broke my neck getting out of that filthy state Good luck with your Mini they are made to make money repaid a lot get a brand new one with a warranty mine is a 2012 my thermostat went out 400 I had a oil leak 500 now I got another oil leak coming on , they all are like that money takers People be in the editing area mad my first day I ask what was wrong with them they stayed they though mini was doing something to their car to keep them coming back One lady said that chair she was sitting in had her name on it. Another stated she was in a day be4 & back again.
You can get one, but expect to shell out a lot of dough. Over $100 a new key fob (without metal key insert) is $175+ tax
Minimal inventory so not sure
