Don't trust your eyes to these Drs. After 4 operations on my eye to correct a cataract and then subsequent miss-alignments, a tilted lens and finally the wrong lens prescription, I am left with double vision. The Dr. refuses to correct it and stated I should try Filutowski Eye Institute to see if they can fix it. I am trying to do just that, but after two weeks and 5 requests by myself and Filutowski, they can't seem to get my records transferred, no one EVER calls you back and refuses to give them to me. The reception staff has excuses and attitude when I firmly request action.

I've seen multiple providers in the practice over the last few weeks: Dr. Cohn, Dr. Perez, Optician Junkins. Every time I go, I get a thorough examination and clear explanation as to what's going on with my vision and what steps are needed to make it better. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating.

Very kind and courteous, at both the Orange City and Sanford office. Smiles everywhere. However, a letter was needed and after several tries over a 3 day period, I pulled up to the sanford office at 12:02, door was locked. Tried to call and lunch is 12-1. I did talk through the door to an employee and asked please, I'm just here to pick up a letter, nope. I get it, I really really do, but she was right there. However, I would recommend them to anyone who needs them, they are professionals and seem to enjoy what they do. Just my dumb luck I guess, lunch is important.
