I always go in the afternoon and there is only a small wait, usually only one or two other patrons. The phlebotomist taking my blood told me they are more disorganized than Quest, where she used to work. I would agree, I only changed labs because of insurance. All the phlebotomists are friendly. I always get the same one, she remembers me, so that's an extra thing I look forward to.

They saw me coming and locked the door on my face at 2:20pm, 10 minutes before their closing time. I waved the lady, she game her back and left.

I believe they will be sent to the doctor that ordered the blood work to be completed. At least that is how it works for me.
