I thought I had made an appointment for this morning, but unfortunately I didn't get a confirmation # so it hadn' gone through. I tried calling and went online, but no human to talk to. So I got ready and went there in case It had gone through. It hadn't but worker helped me to check appt openings. He got me in for 12:30 and I waited there til They could take me in. So anyone NOT GETTING A CONFIRMATION # ... you DO NOT have an appointment. Retry. Don't bother trying to call...there is no human to help you.

I don't think they deserve one star. No work ethic and rude! No one would do my labs and I was the only one in the office and there were two workers!

Appointments are encouraged if you walk in you may have to wait a long time
I have been there 3 times within the last 3 months and was always talked to nice and have had no issues. Sorry to hear your experience wasn't good
Yes you go in register on the computer they give you the times .
I don't work there I was going for testing but I don't believe that they do your best bet is to call to find out
Your best bet would be to call the willimantic office and ask. But they do blood work for everyone. Even Veterans
