On 9/20 I left a review giving the staff and food an exceptional review. Amazing food and service but today much different. The heavy set male who made my granddaughters steak sandwich was extremely disrespectful towards me. I'm giving him the benefit of doubt since it was very busy at the time. Still no reason to speak to customers in that manner if I was polite and cordial. I will give them 1 more try and hopefully I'll receive the same good service as my 1st visit otherwise I will not purchase from there again. Just informed from my granddaughter that when she arrived home she was given the wrong sandwich, not a cheesesteak with onions and peppers but instead an Italian cheesesteak.
