Located just across the River in Indiana. We stay for a night because it was close to a wedding reception. Cleanliness was good Staff was great and helpful. Check in was easy. Elevators are small. A bit pricey. A good view of the river. Small bathrooms but decent.

This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Very nice accommodations, especially for the AAA rate! Very nice downtown Jeffersonville nearby with many dining options. Quiet. Needed pet-friendly policy since we were in town to deliver our foster kitten to its new adoptive family. Would stay again.

When we got to hotel we were told our reservation was canceled. We got there at 10:00 pm. We called ahead about late arrival and all was good at the time. (We had used points to get the room). So when we get there our room was canceled and Now they are telling us we have to pay for the room. The guy at front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. Alls he kept saying was nothing I can do about it someone cAnceled reservation. I wish I would of got his name. Made no sense since we had received a confirmation that morning saying we had reservation. So my husband pays for room after an hour of showing this guy we had confirmation on phones on paper etc. he did not care. Next morning my husband talks to Trish at front desk. She says let me check into. It took about 45 min but she got everything straightened out. So a Big Thanks to Trish for her going over and above to help customer!!!!! Someone needs to Train the Evening Guy to do what Trish did. If Trish was there when we got to hotel I would of marked all stars above. Company should definitely recognize Trish as a great employee!!!!

The staff is very friendly but the beds were SO uncomfortable. One of the mattresses was so old that it had a bend in the middle from people sitting on it. I get a better nights sleep at my own house.
