The head pharmacist berated me for asking a question, came from behind the counter and shoved a sign in my face and kept yelling READ IT!!! I notified Customer service by email and got their reply. Includes my reply. So in other words, you don't care that this supposedly "Professional Pharmacist" who was berating me in public and waving a sign within 2 inches of my face while yelling READ THIS is OK in dealing with the public? A lesser person would have punched him in the face... I am becoming a lesser person after this treatment... Please tell me at least he will be required to attend SENSITIVITY TRAINING??? "At CVS Pharmacy we value feedback from our customers and your experience is very important to us" How about an apology from the guy who berated me publicly??? Also, Check Google reviews (2.4) for this store, then tell me how much you care with a straight face! I waved at head Pharmacist Brandon and asked from across the room if he took his anger management suppository today. His staff was laughing as I walked out the door. Got a call immediately they will no longer fill my meds! Way ahead of you there! Checkmate Brandon....

They absolutely didn't care or even try to get my sons pain medication. They had zero contact with me about it. They laughed in me and my husband's face when we came in there. They never tried to get it filled through a different CVS and my babies thumb tip is being held on by stitches. He is 4 years old. I am absolutely disgusted at the fact they have horrible contact with the patients or the patients parents but also the hospital. They wouldn't even try to call the ER when I had them on the phone and they told me to tell CVS to call them. My baby is on day 5 and is still screaming in pain and now the hospital says they can't re send it somewhere else. Do better CVS. RIDICULOUS. Care about your customers and their needs

I would give zero stars if I could. We have used this pharmacy for years. The new pharmacist is extremely rude, has no ability to hold a civilized conversation when you attempt to problem solve with him and has some sort of extreme chip on his shoulder. I was attempting to obtain my husband's ordered post op pain medication. I get it's a sticky wicket with pain meds, but I was simply asking him to help me problem solve so we could get what was prescribed and required. He informed me that I was "trying to school him", that I was condescending and that I "don't talk to a doctor that way" when I attempted to ask a question..my voice and tone were very even and I addressed him as "sir"...he walked away from me mid conversation and was extremely disrespectful while preaching respect. I do not recommend this location, I have had my RX's transferred to an alternate CVS and hope to at least be listened to and treated respectfully even if we are unable to resolve the issue. I have filed a complaint about his behavior with corporate and am more than willing to leave CVS altogether if I don't receive more respectful communication in the future. I get that they are short staffed and stressed...bottom line, so am I...you have empathy for me and I will for you. If not, then I refuse to make your issues my ongoing problem. We are the customers. If I was cursing or yelling it would be a different story. That is not what happened. Customer service is zero and absolute garbage at this location.

The staff here are always cheerful and very nice. I feel welcome and that if I have any questions they are always willing to assist. They have a large selection of makeup and skincare or other beauty essentials. The pharmacy staff are nice as well. Open 24/7 and well trained. I highly recommend.

Staffing can be a real problem right now as well as large work loads due to more people being sick.

How much does it cost per page to use your copying machine?
