We had a tasty brunch. Still the rate will not be higher than three because: - No tables for more than two people, so our party of five had sit by the counter which makes it harder to have a conversation. - Cash only. - Quite pricy. - No toilet.

It's a very tiny place, so maybe not, but I have never asked.
I think i paid about 3/4 dollars per coffee...which is to say....i paid for "coffee" for my wife and I, to sit and have coffees, not 3/4 per individual coffee to go like a Starbucks
