I was at this diner on 10/01/2022.. I have an appointment nearby that I’m early for, and decided to come in here and order something light. I ordered a oatmeal and coffee.. Ate my oatmeal. I didn’t finish my coffee. Im sitting at the bar area, drinking my coffee, on my phone. The waitress comes over and asks if im ok, to which I reply “I am fine”.. she returns & gives me the check (without me asking for it) and tells me to have a good day. Never once asks to top off my coffee or ask if I’ll like anything else. Now let me mention: the staff wasn’t rude. Quite nice actually. But that didn’t sit well with me. Im in service myself and I know how it feels to appease my clients in an effort for repeat business or good reviews. Im questioning why I was asked to leave, with out literally being asked to leave…

Loved finding a 24 hour diner in NYC & the retro decor is perfect! Perfectly cooked eggs, delicious coffee and absolutely wonderful french toast made with challah bread, yum!

What a refreshing experience to find a simple, good diner for a hearty breakfast. The 2 eggs special with toast and home fries was affordable and filling. The others enjoyed French toasts. All was yummy, and the coffee was also quite good and strong! Friendly service to boot. Definitely recommend this one.
