Yes we pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios and other concrete surfaces.
We SOFT WASH shingle roofs! We follow ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Assoc) approved and recommended cleaning method for shingle roofs. We blow/broom off debris & heavy moss from the roof and then treat the roof with a biodegradable detergent and a 12 volt system to kill all organic contaminants on roof. We do NOT use a pressure washer or scrape or force contaminants from shingles as this ruins them and voids roof warranty.
We use a cleaning method called soft washing. This utilizes the combination of biodegradable detergents and low pressure to safely wash houses and other buildings. Soft washing is safe and effective for all siding including stucco!
