When purchasing my first Diamond c trailer it took me over three years to finally purchase it. After purchasing I discovered that it didn’t tow correctly. I contacted the warranty department at BH trailers. They transferred me to the owner Matt who told me to get it there by 4pm that day to have it fixed. After repairing it, it still was not correct. Brought it back, swapped it out for a new trailer and am finally happy. Nobody’s perfect, it may have come from the factory damaged, but BH Trailers and Diamond C Trailers made it right.
