My son went here, waited for 4 hours. Attention to detail very poor. Sat in a bed out in the hallway with blood bleeding through bandage we put on. He went for stitches and waited 4 hours only to get 6 stitches in about 15 minutes and then decided she needed to glue it too. I think he should have had a good 10 plus stitches. Never would reccomend or go back here again. So sorry I sent them here.

I’ve sought treatment at this location for myself and family several times over the past few years and I’ve never had a complaint. The most recent was 9/11/22. The facility is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I’ve never waited longer than 20 min to be seen. Yesterday was no exception. The Physician Assistant John Turner that provided care was direct, very thorough and genuinely caring.

I understand emergencies come first. But they have emptied out the waiting room 5 times and left my daughter still sitting here! She tried to get an appointment with her doctor but none available in the near future! How can you just keep skipping over someone for 2hours and take someone here just to get a bump checked first? Disgusting how they treat people here!
