I would like to know also and I see no one is answering the question
Many hearings have been rescheduled, you must call and ask about their case. 305 789-4221, this is the Miami court number.
Hi, you have to do two things in NY court. 1. The change of venue. Tell them to help you in court and 2. The change of address form eoir33. The latter is for your notifications to reach your new address.
The building is under construction, if they are serving everyone who has an appointment scheduled but they are rescheduling it
Hello Good afternoon Carlos .... could you tell me if you had your court on that date or was it suspended? I have mine in February, please tell me.
Good afternoon, there is no court, appointments are suspended
That is serrated. They will send a new notice to your house
Hello did you finally have your court on September 30? I have Wednesday and I would like to know if they are open
I was cut off on September 10, 2020 and when I arrived they told me that it was closed, that they would send me a new appointment by post
Alexis Pérez Prado, if you are in Miami, yes, at the moment there is an office open for just that
Nope
Call the system or Google Miami immigration court and there a new call comes out and dial 9 is in Spanish and 0 is the reception and gives your information the alien # and they tell you when your court will be ok
Closed until further notice
Not everything is closed until further notice, my friend had an allergy cut because 1 year ago he arrived at the border and is suspended until further notice, only if you have to change the address, do it there, that's what they told us
You have to go personal, mine was on August 19 and I went and they changed it
Not yet I went yesterday and they told me I have to call. As they will open in 4 months
They are closing the only thing you can do that I know is to change the address of the room or the address where the letters arrive. You must be aware that a letter will arrive with the new date of presentation in court
I delivered papers without problems, on the 7th floor
You have to go to court there and you are coming to Miami but you have to have a diresion of agui if we keep in touch I send you where you can go to your residences
You or your attorney will need to send a letter to the asylum office requesting your case to be close you will need to put your information so they can know who it is
Next to the building there is park but it must be paid in cash. It's either $20 for less than 4 hours or $40 for more than 4 hours. Remember, no credit cards. Only cash.
You can ask to review the record of proceedings (ROP) it's a form that you fill out. I don't know if non attorneys can fill it out to review. But you can ask at the 7th floor window
You will need to do a FOIA request usong form G-639, Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act Request.
The Immigration Court, located at 333 S. Miami Avenue, is temporarily closed until the government resumes operations. The Asylum Office, at 1501 Biscayne Blvd, is open and previously confirmed appointments are taking place.
To enter the building, you do not need an attorney. However, you may not be allowed to just enter any courtroom with permission unless you are scheduled to be there.
Yes it is only if you work in the facility
