Second visit to do my deep cleaning and was seen right away. Sat down not even five minutes after I sat down my name was called. In and out under an hour. Friendly and professional staff. I strongly recommend. I’d give 10 stars if I could and thanks to them and after almost 15 years worth of gunk on my teeth now removed I can smile again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is crazy every time we come there’s an issue first they never answer phone or return calls then they lose paperwork needed and make us leave without getting work done this is crazy

This dental office was extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Ontop of that, I got discriminated against and talked about blatantly in front of my face by the two receptionist. They sent me to two different locations and my car already has issues, which I understand has no relevance, however why book me if you have no dentist to operate on for the week? Unacceptable. They debated with me whether or not my insurance was active, which i proved them wrong, and inconvenienced me and my trip further. I was there for over an hour and still did not get the service I showed up for. I suggest some reevaluation gets looked at for this site. I would be very appreciative if someone corrected this and reached out to me with updates. Thank you.

My Client has been knocking on Jessie Trice Dental for more than 6 months and getting nowhere. Yes this is a pandemic time. Yet, I cannot understand a Customer Service so poor in a great place like this.
