This cemetery is Horrible in my opinion. Lewis Nicholson is the worst person to assist you in your time of need. This cemetery will take your money if you are not careful. My mom passed away in the year 1999. A double plot was purchased and I was told it wasn't paid for completely even thou I have a receipt stating Paid In Full. Since the company has changed names so many times, the company claims that they didn't have knowledge of the plot being Paid In Full. The customer service was Horrible and I was harrassed every single day all the way up to the day of my Father's Funeral by Lewis Nicholson via text message, voicemail messages and emails. Please be aware of this cemetery they are the true meaning of Grave Robbers!! I didn't even want to give them One Star. They are not even on the scale. 00000000000000000000000000000000 is number this Cemetery is!!

My family and I could not had been more pleased with the service received at Caballero Rivero Dade North. Our rep William A. explained and supervised the steps taken to offer a beautiful service. On the day of the service, the outdoor setup was lovely and spacious. The staff very attentive. A heartfelt thank you to all for making our farewell to our sister and husband a memorable one.

My family and I are thankful for the outstanding service provided by Caballero Rivero North Dade. The rep, William Aguirre, was understanding, helpful, thorough and very efficient. The set up on the day of burial was done beautifully. The staff monitored and were attentive. I highly recommend Caballero Rivero Dade North to anyone in need of their services.

These folks are HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service. The counselors are all smiles so long as you are making full payment purchases, they will promise the world and deliver on none. The receptionist Yanet is kind, professional and sensitive to your issues. It's been a year since the passing of my loved one and no inception on the mausoleum. My heart was broken 💔 to arrive and find no name! These folks had no problem taking my father's money when he paid cash for all his arrangements in 2014 but they now have issues with delivering his etched mausoleum plate.
