I was born here in Miami in 2004. I'm thinking about getting buried here once I die. I would love to be in my birth city once more.

Miami City Cemetery. On the road that leads to the Winwood neighborhood along N Miami Ave northwards, a few hundred meters before the Lock & Load Miami (Museum of Weapons), a gate appears on the right that opens onto a small historic cemetery. Overall it is well maintained with numerous graves of American soldiers who fell in World War II, tombstones and mausoleums. I found it to be the oldest cemetery and it is the first and only municipal cemetery in Miami-Dade County. It is worth a visit and a walk in the silence and serenity that characterizes every cemetery.

To the best of my knowledge...No, it is not a National Cemetery. Pretty sure about that.
