I received excellent care from the moment I walked in. From the front desk to the nurse practitioner to the doctor. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. If you have a true emergency, you should go to the ER. You will have to wait considering they see many people a day.

To start off my primary care is ucfs and this place is way better all around I have been to this walk in for myself about 1 or 2 times in the past and was treated very well my 2 year old had a rash that got very bad on her back thigh area and waited all together 30 minutes in and out the PA took his time to talk to us was in no big rush to get to the next patient took a culture for the area and was just a overall great experience all the bad reviews just must be a bunch or Karen's also I don't just write reviews for no reason I saw that they were not looking good on the reviews and they needed recognition for the great service they provided!!!

0 if I could. Reception has 0 personal skills and are barely even alive. I loved the med assistant, she was great. Dr barely cared and was unprofessional. I tried to follow up with something semi-emergent and they called me back over a week later, after I went to the ER. F this place. Needs better staff.

The staff was rude they speak to you like you're below them if you have no insurance or not the best insurance.
