I did not receive the sandwich that was paid for. I ordered one regular garden turkey, and one garden turkey with pepper jack, cucumbers, and a different sauce than it normally comes with. I got two regular ones, but one had the omissions only so it's very plain. the labels on each sandwich were switched, so I got a mouth full of vinaigrette. I don't like vinaigrette. I'm very hungry and tired from working on my feet all day and wanted a special treat for dinner and instead I got trash. i can't and won't eat this. I tried calling so they could refund the sandwich, but for a solid 40 minutes the employees had the phone off the hook so it just went to a busy signal after 21 seconds every time. I gave up at 8:10pm, they closed at 8pm. tried calling corporate but they were also closed. I need a refund for this sandwich, I did not get what was purchased. order # 150132 placed july 5 at 7:03pm. EDIT: and both sandwiches were without pickle, even though I checked "yes include the pickle" when building my order online. I'm not eating here again for a very long time, if ever. this place used to be quality but since reopening after covid it's been different. bad.

Unfortunately, this place is not customer friendly. My wife has an eating disorder and just needs a potato wrapped in aluminum foil. The manager at the register acted like it was the end of the world for him to do so. The following day we had to go back and he told the lady running the register to say they were out of baked potatoes. Really?? Then another lady comes from the back saying they do have bakes potatoes. Baked potatoes don't just magically appear or are ready in 2 minutes. My wife eats McAlisters everywhere she goes because she feels like she can trust eating there without getting sick. This is by far the worst service at any of them we've ever been to. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else. Everywhere is hiring. This guy deserves -5 stars!!

Most excellent sandwich!! More meat on my sandwich than I have ever seen at any sandwich shop I have ever been to. Fresh ingredients and phenomenal service. Go eat here! Wish we had a McAlister's in Panama City, Florida.

Two stars because their attitudes were pleasant near the end of cloosing. However, my order choose 2 were horribly wrong. Charged for a drink even though I showed the free tea reward, she said don't worry about it. So I paid, had to ask for a receipt. Saw I was charged, asked supposedly it was reverse. My half chicken club sandwich had a small piece of chicken on one fourth with no bacon and bacon on the other fourth without chicken. Asked for no olives (allergies) and I have extra olives. It is now the next morning (11:44) and no one is answering. I still have the potato in my mini fridge. Update: The manager Debbie was great. She rectified my order quickly! The food was great!
