I really think that they should tell one that each call with the doctor will have to pay, I had an appointment and a call from the doctor which I did not know had to be paid, because only visits to the doctor are supposed to be paid because you go and they check you up but for the doctor to call you at home and charge you for it, I don't see any sense in it. And if so, let them tell you that you have to pay, Well be careful when they tell you that you will have an appointment by phone with the doctor because you will have to pay and who knows another payment will appear without knowing why, which was my case .✌️ Because the doctor only had to call me once and the other call It was not supposed and now they are charging me. Fortunately, I no longer owe anything.

New receptionist girl is very rude. I love the receptionist that have been for long time. There is one girl very rude at the front desk. Doesn’t know how to treat people good over the phone.

For me it is a clinic with a lot of medical negligence, my child a week ago was sick like a fever and he had many rashes and I called the clinic 4 times for 4 days in a row to see that the doctors would see him and they always left me waiting for the call and. Inca they called me this is the time they never did

Whoever is running this clinic should be ASHAMED and FIRED!! To even get someone over the phone is nearly impossible. Also the doctor that attended my sister for a skin problem gave her antibiotics without doing any blood work or anything!! How do you prescribe an antibiotic without knowing if it's a bacterial infection or not!! That's negligence!!! Not even a urine sample!!! That is unethical and unprofessional. Horrible health care! If you want good health care by doctors go some place. Else Save yourself your time, money and peace of mind and find another place!! Just read up the horror stories of this place SMH
