What an awful credit union. Originally went with them because they had the best rate and were from my home state.. wish I knew that they are on of the only banks that don't do online banking, very outdated for 2022. Member services takes forever to get back as well. Once I hit the six month mark I will re-finance and would even take a higher APR to not work with this credit union.

I have an account & loan with Triangle. Horrible phone system, horrible policies, and lame service. Member “services” won’t even allow me to speak to a person at my branch. No wonder the rate was so low. Uggh!!!

Opened a checking account was told there was a one time fee and that I had to put 25 in savings as well...well I can't access the 25 unless I close my account..also a 5 dollar fee each month for the checking..doesn't seem like much but 5 dollars a month to a single mom of three kids..that 5 dollars is milk. Would have liked to know all of the facts..not just lies to get another account 🙄

Whenever I do a return it usually takes 5 days or so for it to reflect in my account.
