absolutely helpless. the brand i was prescribed is trash and when i call to switch brands they want to charge me for a fitting. you have my personal records since i was a teenager. so when i call to have my prescription and records sent to me the only way i can get them is to come into the place. Like i have time or energy for that. so now i get to figure it out myself. then told me my CONTACT problem was allergies, please ma’am, when i switch the contact to a different eye and it does the same thing that’s not allergies, it doesn’t take a licensed professional to figure that one out.

I went to this location today and my experience was phenomenal.Alayshai was awesome. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the cost.Their prices are awesome with an awesome selection.I plan to go back and hopefully I request for Alayshai.
