The WORST management I’ve ever rented from. I’m surprised any pipes haven’t frozen yet! EVERY winter 90%, of the time there isn’t any hot water! I have to go to relatives houses across town to shower, which is very inconvenient. They don’t care after all the complaints filed. I’m making complaints any where I can and am in the process of looking for somewhere else to rent because I can not raise a child in these horrible living conditions. Pot wholes in the streets, graffiti on dumpsters, garbage all over the place, horrible plowing jobs, etc. I’m just so disgusted by the lousy magament and lack of effort to address these issues. It’s horrible. Where’s all the rent money going? Thousands a month and you can’t invest in making this place sustainable and live able for the comfort of your tenates who have kids and a family, is that to much to ask for?
