Hired them from a move in/move out w hich entailed a deep cleaning including windows and inside appliances. After viewing the work that was done we requested a refund. The owner agreed to do a partial refund (despite his 100% satisfaction guarantee) but then refunded a different amount. When we reached back out with ADDITIONAL pictures of areas that were just not cleaned he sent us a rude text telling us he had chosen to move on from this matter. Pictures from the oven they cleaned, the ceiling fan they dusted, the window they cleaned, the light fixtures they dusted. I'm not sure how he can in good faith believe he provided me with the services I paid for.

Cleaners were very amiable and on time. In fact, arrived before the right before the alloted time window, which is always a plus in my book. I booked a move in cleaning of a 5/3 house. I would say more attention to detail could be applied on windowsills and door frames (as described on website move in / move out cleanings include a deep cleaning of the residence). Overall, good job. Bathrooms and kitchen were done great. I would use this company again for future cleaning services.
