1st time visit , Made an appointment , it was 2 weeks out on a Saturday , Got there 30 min early and they took me right in. Glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

I was very impressed with this place. They had top of the line exam equipment, and Dr. Ly was excellent, as she took the time to explain what each test was for, even had a model eye that made it more easy to understand. The professionalism she showed was more than I expected and she didn't rush me out the door. She kept asking if I understood everything several times before I left. I am proud to call her my Dr. ,I also have to thank Lynn for help picking and adjusting my glasses and finding me the best cost. They also have a great variety of frames, I ended up buying 2 pairs and a pair of sunglasses and couldn't be more happy, thanks again.

Very disappointed in the answering service. I have been trying to call for the past month, to discuss my glasses, before the return period ends. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone even once. I keep getting an answering service that is not prompted to respond to my questions. The answering service provides an "alternate phone number" to contact an in-store representative, but it is just the same phone number.. I have booked an eye-exam online to try and adjust the prescription on my new glasses and the patient name in my confirmation email is my primary insurance holder, and not my own.. Still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to change that 🤷♀️

I have never felt the need to write a review but after reading that others had similar experiences, I've decided to share. I've been a customer of this Visionworks for years now, but can promise I will not be back after being treated very poorly by a staff member during my most recent visit. Extremely rude and unprofessional, do not recommend coming here.

Hello Pat, you do not need an appointment to bring in your own prescription. You are welcome to stop by at any time during business hours.
